As per <strong>MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 18(7)<\/strong>, only DGS-approved bunker suppliers are permitted to supply marine fuel to vessels in Indian ports and coastal waters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suppliers who are not registered with the <a href=\"https:\/\/dgma.gov.in\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dgma.gov.in\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Director General of Maritime Administration (DGMA<\/a>) are <strong>prohibited<\/strong> from supplying fuel to <strong>foreign-going vessels<\/strong>. noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NABL approved testing centers<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have arrangements for issuing Bunker Delivery Notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be capable of complying with MARPOL Annex VI fuel quality requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalbabu.com\/iso-9001-qms-certification\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.legalbabu.com\/iso-9001-qms-certification\/\">Quality Management System (QMS)<\/a><\/strong> aligned with <strong>ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> (now updated to the latest ISO 9001
